Samir and Sinan were FANTASTIC! They helped so much along with the finance manager. This was the easiest, friendliest, and fastest purchase I have ever done.

My service advisor was JJ. He has been my service advisor several times. I was happy to see him again. He is always very professional. I brought my car in for a tire sensor issue. The service techs found some other issues. JJ explained each to me and I decided not to do any at this time. Before leaving JJ gave me his business card and said to call him when I need service. Thanks JJ.

Very fast professional service

Tyler, the service manager I had got me and a shuttle ride home. When car was inspected he let me know what was needed and the cost. When my car was ready he sent me a text. All was done in a timely manner and his estimated time for the vehicle to be ready was correct

Had RAV4 serviced today with Tyler as my service advisor. All vehicle issues were addressed and I was kept up to date on timeframe for completion. A successful visit & mission accomplished. Thanks Tyler!

Overall was okay. The only issue i had was the wait to be brought in and checked in for oil change and the wait for completion. Was told a hour to one hour and 15 mins. But was almost double that. The service agent was great though and explained what happened with my car being placed out of order.
