Decent transaction. Nicest people in the world, including finance officer. Usual good guy salesman followed by high pressure sales manager, and usual attempt at fluffy add ons. Got additional price reduction to cover cost of a couple of nonsense add ons I refused to pay for. Paid what I wanted after studying prices for a year and considering desirable accessories. Would I buy from them again? Probably, their prices and people seem better than the other area Toyota dealers. Price would still dictate.

Alexander David provided exceptional service! He was a great sales person, respectful and not pushy, made the process fast and easy. Was very attentive and knowledgeable. Purchased Land Cruiser and I love it!
