I needed to visit Shottenkirk Toyota again for my car, which is a Prius, as it had a maintenance reminder light on the dash. My service advisor, JJ, took real good care of me and kept me informed, as needed. I maintenance process was quick, and the teams are working to reduce their customers wait times. JJ and the technicians did good work for me. I can't thank these guys enough, and I appreciate the good work and good service.

I was very pleased with the service received during this visit. My service advisor, Shelby Green kept me updated throughout the time my vehicle was there and was ready on time. SHELBY was not my service advisor- Josh was my advisor and service was not good. Pete, the service manager took care of my concerns in a timely manner and my rating is based on the service provided by him not Josh.

Was getting my 2nd key delivered after purchasing new vehicle in May. Called once notified key was available and got scheduled for the next day. It took about 2 hrs to complete the service. All is good.

A regular service check went exceptionally well. My service rep was polite and did a great job keeping me informed while I waited. Also the wait time was less than expected
